OLH JUDGMENT
WORK THROUGH THE EVENT BEFORE YOU DECIDE WHAT IT MEANS
OLH Judgment helps the project team work through an event from the first field observation to the next project action. A Foreman can raise a condition that may require additional review—such as discovering an unmarked utility—and establish the first event record without having to decide whether it is a change. The Superintendent can review the record, investigate further, and add what the team learns. The Project Manager can then evaluate the developing record against the scope, contract requirements, and project information. Judgment organizes the facts, unknowns, assumptions, conflicts, impacts, and missing information, then uses role-aware AI guidance to help the team determine what needs attention next. From that record, the team can develop working documents such as a notice, RFI, or Change Order Story that can be carried into the project’s normal documentation process.
